Taxi fare in Paris

Hi

I wonder if someone could help me… we will take Roissbus from CDG to Opera Garnier around 11:00AM (we are using Navigo Découverte pass (zones 1 – 5)). Once we get there, we are planning to take a taxi to our hotel (close to Trocadero metro station). We have two luggage and one stroller, we are two adults and two kids aged 6 and 2. Could anyone tell me what is the estimated taxi fare? I’d appreciate your feedback!

Cheers

Eric

Why not take the Air France bus to avenue Carnot at the Arc de Triomphe? -- that is a much shorter taxi ride to Trocadéro.

If you can navigate the site in French, the G7 taxi website has a taxi fare calculator. Just click on %26#39;infos pratiques%26#39; and then on %26#39;estimer la durée et le prix d%26#39;une course%26#39; and enter the start and finish addresses.

If you have already planned on a Navigo Découverte, I%26#39;m not sure that taking the AF Bus to shorten the taxi ride will save you money overall.

If this is your first trip into Paris, you will make your visit a great deal simpler and much less stressful if you simply take a taxi from CDG and forgo all of the difficulties of carrying your luggage, stroller and children. To Trocadero a taxi is probably 45 euros from CDG.

However, you asked about the taxi fare from Opera to Trocadero and my guess is about 15 euros. My estimate includes the luggage charge.
