st. paul de vence or eze???

how far are these from nice??? do taxis take you there? are either of these so spectacular that they should be on my %26#39;must see%26#39; list?? i have a day in port and nice and villefranche seem to offer so much.but, i don%26#39;t want to miss %26#39;anything%26#39; either!

Both a very attractive, particularly Eze, but both are very touristy. I would suggest Nice and Villefranche have plenty to see and do for a day in port, plus taxis in the area are very expensive.

St. Paul is around 30 minutes by car from Nice and Eze is 25-30 minutes by car.

thank you....i don%26#39;t like touristy!!

I came back from two days in Nice on Tuesday. I wanted to see Eze and St Paul de Vence but only had time to see Eze. This has some great views and I think it is worth a visit.

I%26#39;d agree with Riotstar. Nice and Villefranche have plenty to occupy you for 3 or 4 days, let alone one, and St.Paul-de-Vence is pretty, but not worth a long and expensive taxi ride. Parts of Nice and Villefranche are equally pretty.

mh10,

If you don%26#39;t like touristy I suggest you avoid the Riviera completely.
