Down to 2 which Paris apartment?

Hello all:

I have literally looked at hundreds of apartment over the last couple of months. I want my family%26#39;s time in Paris to be special and memorable for the right reasons!

I have narrowed it down to the following 2 and would like your opinions:

www.holiday-rentals.co.uk/p90404 and

www.chemouni.com/boutarel

Or both are listed at vrbo #117700 and 158269.

I haven%26#39;t been able to find any reviews of the first.

They are both a bit above what I hoped to pay but hell it%26#39;s only money!!! :)

Please let me know you choice and why.

Grab that apartment on Ile St. Louis quick! Fantastic! Lovely. I like Ile St. Louis the best for where to stay in Paris. It is absolutely centrally located to visiting the left bank or right bank areas.

May I come with you?????????????????? I%26#39;ll sleep on one of those beautiful chairs.

I%26#39;ll be sure to post a review, even from the apartment itself, as it has a computer with internet. We will be there late May.

Heard a rumour the Aussie dollar will start to pick up after March.............here%26#39;s hoping!!!

Sorry , I just read the last post . You went in May . That%26#39;s great . Do you recommend the vrbo # 117700 ? How was the check in , check out procedure ? Did they give back the deposit on time ??
