Hi, My husband and I are interested in exploring the Paulliac region (Blaye, over 3 days. We noted Bage is highly rated for food and wine but would like to find out whether there are any other chateaux that are of similiar standards to Bages (good food and wines) for our consideration.
Would appreciate any help given.

In Pauillac there is nothing else in the same class as Cordeillan-Bages. Saint-Emilion has a two-Michelin-star hotel/restaurant, the Hostellerie de Plaisance, and in the Graves area to the south of Bordeaux there is the hotel/restaurant/spa Les Sources de Caudalie, both of which are pretty much of a similar standing with Cordeillan-Bages.
