Boking ticket from Paris to Milan

I am from Russia. 22th of October I will go from Paris to Milan and I%26#39;d like to know if it would be possible to book the ticket on-line from Russia without paying and pay for it being in Paris?

I can%26#39;t think of any way you could make an advance booking from Russia (or anywhere else for that matter...) without paying for it using a credit card.
