Hi,
We are travelling to Antibes from Nice Airport in September. Can we get a train connection to Antibes near the airport? Where can we find the timetable? How much is it? We arive on a Thursday around 17 o´clock.
Many thanks in advance!

You can get the bus 200 from the airport to Antibes for 1 euro. See this bus timetable nice.aeroport.fr/upload/lignebus/4814721.pdf

We have used the bus and will be using it again in November. It is much easier than the train - not so far to walk.

Hello
To answer your question, the train station is Nice St Augustin. You will find the timetables online at www.voyages-sncf.com Sometimes the search process is easier if you choose destination Nice and then pick Nice St Augustin from the list of train stations in Nice. It is a 10 minute walk from Terminal 1 and is not signposted, so you need to organise a map in advice.
Advantages of the train are that it is a quick service (about 20 minutes to Antibes) and more reliable than the bus, which can be severely delayed by summer traffic.
Disadvantages: The walk of around 10 minutes, figuring out the route (the first time), slightly more expensive (about 3 euro v 1 euro for the bus), train station a bit isolated and dark late at night (for a single female traveller, for example).

I wonder also which bit of Antibes you are staying in. The bus station is at the rue de la Republique which leads to the old town, while the train station is 10 minutes%26#39; walk northwest of the old town. If one of them is much nearer your end destination than the other, it might influence what you decide.
