Apartment Rental

Hello,

Just wondering has anyone had any dealings with this guy - Sylvain Bohrer? I am looking at renting an apartment from him. Also, he is looking for a 200 Euro deposit for the 2 night stay is that normal/reasonable !?

I havent had any dealings with him..re deposit-Do you mean an nonrefundable amount to secure the booking? If so that is standard. Most companies/individuals want 50% of the total stay paid when the apt is booked. Some will even want the remainder paid at about 30 days before rental begins.

Orite ok no problem and yeah it%26#39;s a 200 Euro refundable deposit just thought it was a bit high considering the total rent would only come to 160 Euro%26#39;s.
