1. If your tickets are either PREM or iDTGV fares, print them from your home computer.
2. If your tickets are other than above, you could try to obtain them at a ticket kiosk at the train station if you have the credit card used in the on line transaction and it has a PIN (an EMV or PIN and chip credit card, not a magnetic strip credit card).
3. If your tickets are other than above, you are unable to retrieve them at a kiosk, ask for them at an SNCF service window or boutique. You can do this at any time before your train departs but give yourself plenty of time.

thanks for the reply !
My tickets are not PREM or iDGV.
also, my credit cards does not hve a chip.
so, my option is to be trying in one of SNCF counters. But, do they have service counters outside france ? In either Zurich or Berne ?

Here%26#39;s what you need to do ASAP:
Assuming you are not fluent in French and able to call the SNCF, follow the instructions on this page:
tgv-europe.com/europe/…billets_non_recus
There are no specific instructions for Bern departures but you need to either contact the SNCF quickly or cancel your tickets for a refund and purchase new tickets (I know this will not be cost advantageous).
Additionally, you can try to call the following number for English speaking assistance with your tickets:
33 8 92 35 35 39
This number has been posted here several times always with the caution it may not be current. Try this and let us know of your success (or otherwise).
