Has anyone used the Bee Shuttle service from CDG?
Were you satisfied?

Some of the experts might be getting tired of this story but my wife and I used Bee Shuttle in October 2007. I had booked it over the internet. Our flight was to arrive at 10:30am Paris time and our pick up time was 11:45am, I had a number to call if there was a change in the terminal. We arrived on time but we didn%26#39;t get our luggage until well after noon. I called the number and it didn%26#39;t work. I walked outside and much to my surprise I was met by the Bee Shuttle driver. Kudos go to him for waiting. We got to our hotel at the time I expected, tipped the driver and asked if I needed to call for our return trip. He said no, looked at his sheet and gave us the date they were to return. That day came and we waited for the shuttle and it never showed. Luckily the staff at Hotel du College de France were able to get us a taxi and we made the flight with loads of time to spare. When I contacted Bee Shuttle they%26#39;re explanation was that because we were no shows on arrival, they assume we did not arrive at all and therefore cancel the return shuttle. So I guess the driver in the end did not show us as being picked up so my tip was wasted.
Bottom line, as KDKSAIL said when I related this story shortly after our return. I should have called anyway. So my advice is to make sure, double and triple check as to the times.

Every shuttle company will have good rec ommendations and bad--that%26#39;s just the nature of the business, with many variables at play. Bee shuttle is as good as any.

Francophool is right, as is every other poster who has offered their two cents about shuttles. However, it was my intention from the begining to take a taxi to our hotel but opted at the last minute for the shuttle to save some money. Most if not all of the Paris experts recommend using a taxi and for good reason.
To avoid the headaches and hassles of catching the best shuttle company in Paris on a bad day, TAKE A TAXI.

we used this bee shuttle in February, and i would personally advise not to use it.
We booked bee-shuttle to pick us up from the airport and take us to our hotel, when we got there, this was not there, so phoned up about 3-4 times to be told that he was on his way, eventually the last time we phoned they said the person was there already, and it turned out he was standing in the wrong place. This was just the start of it. We thought o maybe it was a mixup.
But we had this booked to take us back to the airport for us to go home. This was booked for 5pm, it was still not there but quarter past, so we phoned to be told that he was on his way, half an hour later this had still not arrived, phoned again to be told it was on its way, this happened about another 3 times, then eventually they phoned us to say it would be there in a couple of minute HALF PAST 6 this arrived - AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE, this was just a joke. Traffic ended up a nightmare, and we just made it on the plane and no more, and the driver had the cheek to stand and wait on a tip, somehow i dont think so. I have e-mailed them to complain and i got an e-mail back to say this was getting past to the correct person, i%26#39;ve chased up the e-mail another 3 times, and still not heard back. I would not advise anybody at all to use this company!!!!!!

There are a host of transportation options for reaching the city from CDG. Unfortunately, a shuttle is generally not my first choice due to reliability problems.
There are Air France buses, Roissybus, train/metro, and taxis. If none of these options fit your situation, the following are probably among the best of the shuttle services:

Overall, I consider a taxi the best choice, particularly if you are traveling with several others.

I would NOT advise people to use Bee Shuttle as we had a very stressful experience after confirming the booking the day before, landing on time and waiting in exactly the right place...
We were left waiting for over an hour after arriving at our pick-up point. We tried the toll-free number and it didn%26#39;t work from either of our mobiles or the public pay-phone as it said on their email. I had to ask the lady at the United airlines counter to call in the end as she spoke French. They said they would arrive in 5 minutes - another 20 minutes later and a guy in a tracksuit pulled up in a rusty old blue minibus, said nothing, no apology or explanation and was joking about us to some other guy in French who hid his sniggers but kept staring. He mumbled some sort of explanation as we were on our way that %26#39;his boss%26#39; had made him go and drop someone else off first so we had to wait our hour!!
On the way back the shuttle collected us an hour before we had originally requested. We thought this must be because they knew the traffic better than us, but it was because we had to pick up others on the way - the disadvantage of a shared shuttle. Overall, it was slightly cheaper than a taxi but a lot more stressful!

Our family of five recently used Bee Shuttle twice - once as a private service from Orly and then shared with others on our departure out of CDG. While Bee Shuttle certainly is not to be confused with a luxury transfer service, we found them to be timely, polite, and quite reasonably priced.
We had booked both trips through their website two days in advance. Our pickup from Orly was about 15 minutes late and we were just starting to get a little worried when the driver showed up with a sign bearing our name. He carried our heaviest bags to the van waiting outside, where we confirmed our destination. The unmarked, GPS-equipped van was air-conditioned but littered with papers, maps, phones, etc. The driver was polite and spoke sufficient English but no more. Cost for the private transfer was 65 Euro.
The pickup to CDG a few days later was scheduled for 0930. The van pulled up to the door of the apartment as I opened it at 0931. Two other clients were already in the rear seat. Again, our bags were politely loaded into the van. There were no further pickups and we arrived at the airport within an hour. 50 Euro was the fare for the shared service - a little more than the RER, but certainly an easier way for two adults and three young children to get to CDG.
