Hi,
Does anyone know this campsite? I am thinking of booking it for our family holiday so would love to hear any feedback/comments you might have.
Thanks,

Not been to La Yole ---- yet
But on some of the specialised camping forums there are some good reports to see
Valras is not a bad place to visit although I prefer to go a little further West (usually) to Canet

Domaine de la Yole is a popular site, set on the outskirts of Valras plage. As well as the campsite it has a vineyard and mini farm. Haven%26#39;t stayed there but drive past it a lot!

Have stayed at Domaine de la Yole three times. It is a very well run site, Has a great new pool complex and has lot for young children and teenagers to do.
Entertainment for both young and old is good in the evenings but the best thing for me was the onsite wine caveau where you can buy La Yole%26#39;s wine direct either by the bottle or by bringing your own bottle and filling up at the shop. Prices start from just over a Euro a litre and the wine is very good.
The beach is a short walk along a pedestrian track (about 200 metres). It is also a nice walk along the road into Valras Centre (about a 30 minute stroll)but there are a lot of shops along the way and so it may take a little longer.
I would recommend it.
