I%26#39;m sure someone on here will be able to email them to you. She%26#39;s sent out so many, certainly someone who has kept them will see your post.
In the meantime, I expect to see her in the next week or two and will mention the requests to her.
Oddly enough, I have never asked for a copy. Guess I should.
