Can somebody please help me decide what is the best and cheapest way to get from CDG to 3 Rue Frochot. Our hotel is close to Metro Pigalle. Do we need to take a taxi or can we take RER? Do we have any other options? We don%26#39;t want to spend too much money on a taxi :/

You can take the RER line B from CDG to Gare du Nord and then connect to Metro line to at La Chapelle (there is an underground passage that connedts Gare du Nord to La Chapelle) then its a straight run to Pigalle.
The ticket from CDG is 8.60 Eruos and you can use the same ticket for the entire trip to Pigalle.
You will need to haul you luggage up and down some stairs but as long as you didn%26#39;t overpack you should be ok.
That will be the least expensive and quickest route.

Best is never cheapest.
Best is taxi, about 45 euros. As far as taxi rides to Paris go, this will be less expensive than many.
Cheapest is RER B to Gare du Nord, connect to M2 direction Marechel de Lattre Tassigny. Exit at Pigalle.
Fare 8.50 euros.
You can also pre-arrange for a shuttle:

Generally I do not recommend shared ride shuttles as they can take a long time to get you to your destination. As your hotel is on the north side of Paris, you might be the first dropped off. Private shuttles are about the same price as a taxi.
